A glass of cola on a laptop keyboard. I think this is one of the first shots I took when I initially became interested in photography. 🙂 The original was taken using my phone and an android app called Retro Camera. I modified the original by saturating the color and raising the contrast a bit.
Celebrating Krishnashtami was grander this time in our home. We made quite a lot of stuff to eat (which, of course vanished over the course of one week! :D) These are the laddoos we made at the time! I tried photos from different angles for each one of them –
Poddol unde (puffed rice)
This is one of my oldest shots. I had been to my native place, where there are a variety of flowering plants. Took this shot of Kanakambari, or Crossandra infundibuliformis there. The pretty bright flowers formed a natural glow against the dark background!
Captured this (and, of course, enhanced it) last night. I loved the way the clouds were structured then – it was like the clear skies and the rainy clouds were divided by a clear line. But this photo just shows the clouds when it was raining.
Took this photo in a resort we went to as office team outing. I modified the photo by adding more contrast, darkening it and bringing in a reddish tinge. The flower was reddish-pink to begin with, so it made it all the more prettier. 🙂
This is one of the snaps I took last Diwali. Though the focus is on the first diya, I just love the way the tiny, blurred lights of the other diyas look in the pic!
These flowers had already bloomed when we had bought them. They stayed so fresh for a very long time. Beautiful tine flowers which just freshen your day when you see them! For this pic, I raised the contrast, to bring out the vivid colors of the flowers.
